Nathaniel looks like a year old now.
He's big and fat and healthy!
He always smile at everyone.
He looks at me with so much adoration.
He loves to play with his dad.
He'll sleep only if he gets tired playing with Daddy.
He has a habit of removing his left shoe and socks.
He can hold his bottle now.
Enjoys drinking at a glass.
He laughs when he sees himself at the mirror.
He looks more like Jonathan each day.
His hair is all over his face, so we have to put a headband or tie it up so he won't get irritated.
He grows to be more loving and handsome each day...
I miss my baby so much. I am working now, so I am not with him 24/7.
I love you so much Nathaniel.
I've been nursing for almost five months now. And I'm losing weight! I've been eating a lot, taking my vitamins, drinking milk daily to ensure that my body will produce more milk for baby nathan. But for those moms that would like to take this opporunity to lose weight, don't worry cause one of the wonders of breast milk is that it can meet your baby's nutritional needs even you don't eat well. But just because your baby won't be harmed by any dietary insufficiency on your part doesn't mean that you won't suffer. You'l; be needing energy to meet the physical demands of caring for a new baby. Think of nursing as continued motivation to follow the healthy diet you followed during pregnancy. Focus on eating fruits and veggies. Drink milk. Drink lots of water. Sleep. Rest. Enjoy and celebrate motherhood!
